Edgehill Collective Street Team Member - Nashville
Our Street Team Members are the face of the Edgehill Collective brand and are our product ambassadors. We manufacture handmade cement succulent planters with organically grown succulents. Our mission is to use our mobile popup shops to educate others on the benefits of our home and garden products and how easy it can be to take care of houseplants.
Street Team Members stay close to our customers and potential customers and act as the eyes and ears of our team in getting feedback about our new product launches to help the rest of the team create luxury home goods that our customers love.
In this role, you could work full-time, part-time, or part-time temporary (five months or less).
BE THE FACE OF THE BRAND
- Youll introduce potential customers to the Edgehill Collective brand, and our mission of fighting climate change by planting trees in forests around the world.
- Youll tell the story of how our products are handcrafted in Nashville to add joy and modern design touch to luxury homes.
BE A PRODUCT EXPERT
- Youll help educate customers on the basics of keeping house plants and succulents alive along with the benefits of having plants in your home (well help train you!).
- Youll help customers select the best product for their home based on their design preferences.
ENGAGE WITH THE COMMUNITY
- Drive around town in our vintage succulent truck to help spread brand awareness while stopping at specific locations to setup and sell products to the community
- Be an outgoing member of the community with a bubbly personality that can approach strangers and interact naturally to develop brand awareness
- Be able to identify future Edgehill Street Team members while out in the field and exchange contact information for hiring manager.
- Outreach and Identify Social Media Influencers while out in the field and facilitate opportunities to share Edgehill Collective content on their social media pages/websites/videos/stories.
SKILLS
- Enjoys selling with a proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions i.e., sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate to a variety of people in a range of occasions
- Approachable, social and outgoing
- Proactive, initiative and entrepreneurial, with a high sense of responsibility
- Have a current, valid TN Motorcycle Driver's license, or willingness to get a TN Motorcycle License
- No more than a combination of 2 moving violations/at-fault accidents within the past three years
- No DUI/DWI or Reckless Driving violations in the past three years
- Stand and remain mobile for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry small to medium items up to 50 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
Job Type: Full-time, Part-Time, or Part-Time Temporary
Salary: Up to $20/hr including commissions
