NEW In-house Corporate Paralegal or Contracts Manager Home Office Opportunity
Legalpeople has a new search for a permanent position for a paralegal or attorney with 3 plus years of commercial agreement experience. The ideal candidate should have 3 plus years of experience reviewing and editing a variety of commercial agreements including sales agreements, vendor agreements, subcontractor agreements, nondisclosure agreements and RFPs. Prior in-house experience is preferred and some experience with risk management and compliance would also be a plus.
This position has the unique opportunity to be done remotely from a home office. Accordingly, the successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and be a self-starter that requires minimal supervision. The successful candidate will also have strong technical skills and be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint as well as have exceptional organizational skills.
This is an excellent opportunity to do sophisticated work for a large, growing company. The need is immediate and the General Counsel would like to have someone in place as soon as possible. The salary is competitive and the company has excellent benefits.
