Technical Recruiter / Account Manager - Nashville, TN

OVERVIEW: SIAL Technology Partners has an opportunity for an experienced Technical Recruiter to step into a hybrid Recruiting/Account Management role. This will be a full time remote position located in Nashville, TN.Only candidates local to the Nashville, TN area will be considered. This role is appropriate for an experienced IT recruiter who is looking to move into Account Management and continue to recruit.

REQUIREMENTS:4 Year Degree with technology or computer science preferred, 3 years working as a technology recruiter with proven/demonstrable successes and must be able to work independently with a high level of integrity. You should have had past success in working and meeting metrics and establishing strong relationships. A love for technology and building strong client relationships would be a great asset.
