- 10+ years of professional technology experience
- 3+ years as a NetSuite Administrator/Developer, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow and SuiteCloud
- SQL database experience
- Experience using forms, fields and workflows
- Experience working with NetSuite reporting
- Experience creating dashboards and custom workflows in Netsuite
- Experience working with the business to align NetSuite to their goals
- Responsible for managing Netsuite accounts
- Optimizing Netsuite for business needs, coordinating Netsuite teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring the ongoing optimal use of Netsuite systems
- Responsible for maintaining integrity of data for business conducted on Netsuite ERP/CRM.
- Help administer and configure NetSuite company-wide; create and maintain users, roles, permissions, perform updates, integration and configurations for forms and customers/contacts
- Customize access and security for users both internally and externally.
- Technical point of contact for all NetSuite issues, needs and support from the end users
- Build, test and bring to production customized solutions to meet executive needs and automate business processes.
- Train new hires for all departments and proactively communicate changes resulting from Netsuite updates.
- Manage relationship with vendors and partners to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Design and implement all NetSuite modules providing any development and/or configuration that is required
- Work closely with NetSuite implementation partners and ensure all installations, upgrades and integrations perform correctly
- Perform all NetSuite Administration functions
