The role of Compliance Manager, Legal-Regulatory is a full-time non-attorney position within Asurion’s Legal Regulatory Team. Individual has responsibility for crafting and drafting responses that address consumer issues. The individual must have strong writing capabilities and the ability to assist legal counsel in finalizing complaint response and analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly synthesize regulatory issues, have the ability to recognize trends in consumer concerns, have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, a regulatory background, and may have some experience in insurance and technology industries. This position may have responsibility for any of the following: compliance, complaint management, and consumer protection.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Ability to understand Asurion mobility and retail programs as well as the claims process that correspond with each.

Prepare and produce responses for high level consumer complaints.

Solid verbal and written communication skills including a strong command of grammar, strong organization, interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.

The ability to multi-task and the agility to recognize and produce responses involving separate clients and product lines.

Willingness to embrace feedback and turn around revisions quickly.

Knowledgeable in communications software needed to perform the function: all aspects of Microsoft Office and ancillary tools, working knowledge of web-based communications tools, etc.

Flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines.

Outstanding attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Advertising, PR or Business.

1-3 years writing effective Advertising copy or Marketing Communications (or equivalent experience)

Ability to write is essential to this position.

Demonstrates ability to spot issues and seek to resolve. Involves manager as appropriate to assure good customer service and proper outcomes.
