Vanderbilt University Maintenance and Operations (VUMO) has an exciting opportunity for an HVAC Mechanic to join the Zone Maintenance Team in Facilities. The HVAC team is responsible for heating and air conditioning systems, chill water systems, heating/hot water systems, steam systems, etc. As an HVAC Mechanic Lead you will be tasked with maintaining the comfort heating & cooling systems for academic buildings, dormitories, and athletic buildings on campus. As an HVAC Mechanic Lead in VUMO you will also troubleshoot & repair refrigerators, ice machines, air machines, chillers, and do preventative maintenance (PM) on all equipment.
