Heartwood Cabinet Company, LLC is a custom cabinet shop that is looking for a SHOP MANAGER to join our team.Extensive experience in the cabinet industry is required!

We are looking for someone who knows every aspect of the manufacturing and can meet deadlines, delegate tasks, and problem solve. We need someone dependable, hardworking, and focused with attention to detail. If you meet these criteria, we look forward to speaking with you!

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week). Hours of operation are Monday-Thursday, 6:30am-5:00pm. We offer overtime, holiday pay, vacation time, and bonuses.

Applicants must have a valid drivers license and possess reliable transportation. Salary is commensurate with value brought to the operation. I need a production-oriented person who is driven to see the business succeed knowing they will benefit, when it does.

DUTIES include but are not limited to:

-Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

-Working with the business owner on scheduling

-Maintaining supply inventory

-Reviewing drawings for production

-Delegating tasks

-Overseeing and/or directly participating in cabinet construction, assembly, and finish

-Assuring quality of all cabinet parts and products

-Preparing cabinets for installation (and installing when needed)
