Looking for something different? Sterling Group, an award-winning property management developer, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our self-storage facility, Mini Storage Depot Antioch Pike, located in beautiful Nashville, Tennessee!

If you have good computer skills, are goal-oriented, and have a passion for customer-focused service, come join our team! Self-storage or multi-family management experience is preferred. Retail experience is a plus. Our requirements also include proficient reading, writing, grammar and math skills, and excellent interpersonal relation skills. Our Customer Service Representative for Self Storage is primarily responsible for the following:

Assist with ensuring the property meets or exceeds the expectations of the owners, tenants, vendors, and all customers

Maintain open communication to keep manager apprised of any property issues.

Open office and inspect property as scheduled

Assist in generating and increasing monthly and annual income. Complete Outreach Marketing, and coordinate a plan with site manager to maximize effectiveness of visits, calls, emails, etc

Assist in developing Marketing Action Plan with strategies to meet or exceed budgeted income, occupancy, expense and leasing goals

Led by Property Manager

Perform all the above and other duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies

Our Customer Service Representative for Self Storage must have the following qualifications:

Valid Driver's License required

High School Diploma or G.E.D required

Education in Marketing preferred

Minimum 1 year experience in property management, retail services or sales desired

Available to assist in after-hour emergencies as needed

Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills and a customer-focused service orientation

Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)

SiteLink Program knowledge a plus

Proficient reading, writing, mathematical and grammar skills
