Looking for Branch Managers/Owners for very lucrative Business (USA)

Innovative Capital Strategies (ICS) is looking for Branch Owners in all 50 states.

You will be providing Business Loans to entrepreneurs & existing businesses.

ICS has 2 distinct niches that make the loans very easy to place:

1. WE GUARANTEE a minimum of a $100,000 to ANY business.

2. We extend that guarantee to pure startups.

People will want what you are providing.

The prospective loan recipients personal credit situation does not matter.

Income Potential:

The target number of loans is 50 loans per month.

The Branch will earn 5% of the capital raise plus $850. Therefore a $100,000 loan will gross $5,850.

At 50 per month this will earn the branch $292,500 per month.

Responsibilities:

Hold hiring events.

You can hire as many commission only sales people as you'd like. You can have 100 people out there finding people who need capital.

Hold seminars for business owners and budding entrepreneurs. Using ICS's ready made presentation you will write many loans per seminar. Think about it. You get 10 people in the conference room and make a presentation showing them how you are able to guarantee them a $100,000 minimum loan don't you think at least half will apply?

That will earn $29,250 per seminar if only 5 apply.

You will be holding a few seminars per month.

Create community awareness. You're going to want to build relationships with local community leaders, business people, religious groups, CPA's, etc. For example, you can invite them to your branch office for lunch.

The upfront fee required is $2,500, and in certain cases can also be financed for $0 participation.

Please note, we are extending an offer of $25,000 in working capital to the first one hundred (100) Branch Offices opened. Thus, a new Branch Manager will finance their Branch License Fee (often with $0 out of pocket) and we will immediately provide $25,000 into the Branchs bank account for payroll, overhead, or whatever the Branch Manager wants to use it for.

This is NOT a loan. It is an injection of working capital into the Branch that does NOT have to be paid back.

Get your $2,500 fee in to get the $25,000 free Capital before it expires.

THIS JUST IN:

We received word late Friday that weve crossed the first hurdle of setting up our Branch Offices to be SBA Loan Intermediaries. This means, in addition to providing Technical Assistance like we current do, we will actually become a SBA lender through the Branch Offices.

How does this impact the Branch Managers? Now, literally, small businesses will be able to come to your office for actual funding.

We are talking about $40 Million+ of SBA funds to lend out.

There is much work to be done on our end and well discuss this more in 1Q 2020. Right now, the focus is getting the first one hundred (100) branches open by 12/01/2019
