Graduate, with a minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy Assistant and successful completion of the National Registry exam.

Recent graduates who have applied for the registration exam may be considered for provisional appointment.

License Requirements

CPR Certification.

Current license in Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in state of employment.

License Desired

Membership or certification in national association, as applicable.
