We are looking for dynamic Candidates for our Property Manager Position

Department: Multi-Family Housing Location: Memphis, TN
Summary
Our Property Management firm has an immediate opening for a full-time Property Manager. We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and take the lead role in the management of this, Section 8 property. As the Property Manger you are responsible for leasing of units, Compliance and overall daily operations of the property.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
o Ensure the property provides an exceptional living environment for the residents
o Complete all lease applications, rent collection, servicing of appropriate notices regarding rent increases, delinquent rents, and other lease infractions. Submits required reports and maintains records according to company policies
o Perform apartment move-in and move-out inspections as scheduled
o Greet prospective tenants and tour available units when necessary. Follow up on all prospects
o Perform routine physical inspection of property to report any services needed to maintenance staff.
o Conduct daily property inspection and periodic unit inspections
o Assist in resident relations
o Supervise the maintenance staff
Requirements/Experience:
o Prior property management experience; preferably in Affordable Housing/ Project Based Section 8, LIHTC (tax credit)
o Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience in Yardi Property Management software is a plus.
o Knowledge of Fair Housing rules and regulations
o Position requires Property Manager to live on-site.
o Must be assertive and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
