118 Unit apartment complex in Morristown looking for an additional worker for our maintenance staff. Skills should include general handy-man capabilities, such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and yard work. This is a full time position in a stable community with an established team in place. This position involves doing turn-over of empty units and some maintenance request work, as well as general maintenance like power-washing, pool maintenance, deck repair, etc. Occasional heavy lifting is involved.
We are looking for someone who is a self-starting hard worker, reliable and honest, friendly and attentive to detail.
