CXN Corp. is a Knoxville based service management company and we are looking for a few energetic, highly motivated individuals to join our team.
Day to day operations include work order monitoring, scheduling between customers and service providers, confirming appointments, handling inbound and outbound customer and client calls, answering emails etc.
Applicants must have general office type experience and excellent customer service skills. Must be able to attend a 2 week training class starting on May 6th 2019. Once resume is reviewed qualified applicants will be called to make an appointment to come into our office to take a computer aptitude test and complete an application.
Qualifications:
proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
Customer service experience
Excellent phone skills

Problem Solving
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Good verbal and written communications skills
Scope of Work:
Inbound/outbound calls
Scheduling/Re-scheduling appointments
Updating applicable computer systems
Monitoring dispatch schedule
General customer assistance
General service provider assistance

Hours:
Part time and hours vary by week depending on volume. On average between 25-35 per week
Must have Monday-Friday availability 8-5 and some Saturdays
Benefits
Base pay based on experience / performance starting at $10 hr
All employees who meet 90 days are eligible for Paid Time Off
