Local property management company is seeking a full time affordable housing manager in the Knoxville area
Responsibilities include the following:
Preparing monthly reports
Collecting rent
Compliance of affordable housing regulations
Lease and market vacant units
Prepare applications
Supervise on-site personnel
Manager must have 3 years' experience in affordable housing property management along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi property management software skills. Benefits include PTO, health, dental and life insurance and retirement plan. Pay based on experience level.
