Manage and Supervise the installation of LP Siding over the next several months at a Large Multi Family Sub-division. Foreman/PM will be responsibility for ensuring the day to day activities and requirements of the General Contractor are being met, production is on schedule, and problems that arise are handled appropriately. This current Job is scheduled to be completed in November. Foreman/PM will be expected to be on the Job Site daily and must be able to communicate with Spanish Speaking Workers and Crews. We anticipate several years in the Knoxville area.
The duties of this Position may be Part-Time or Full-Time. Job Seekers must have Considerable Experience in the Construction Industry, Carpentry/Roofing/Siding & Construction Management Experience Required.
