Are you ready to get your career in gear? Growing multi-location automotive repair business is revving up to hire a General Manager trainee and assistant manager/service writer. Candidate must be honest, outgoing, career oriented, and ready to deliver outstanding customer service
Retail/Sales experience required.
5 day work week, benefits, great base pay plus monthly bonus and spiffs!

Responsibilities:
-Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect.
-Present the best solution to properly repair our customers vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand.
-Manage the stores workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
-Possess the ability to consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
-Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
-Supervise and direct employees
-Assist other employees as needed.
-Directly supervise and manage 8-10 employees.

Our repair facilities operate with a strong focus on integrity and doing the right thing for the customer.
Base pay plus commission. There is no cap on commission and its possible to earn a lot more.
This is a professional company and we work within a high set of standards including strong ethics (work ethics and the way we conduct our business day in and day out).

Salary: $50,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
