Cottage Farm Genetics has opening for assistant to carry out duties of day to day activities and semen collection of bulls for artificial insemenation. Applicant needs to be in good physical condition, able to handle 50 pounds and be on feet most of day. Will be involved in animal health supervision, facilities up-keep, semen collection of bulls, client interaction. Semen collection procedures will be trained as it is a specialized process. Applicant that will be best considered should have a basic background in working cattle, operating tractors, stick shift transmission, and various other maintenance activities.
