Performs a variety of preparation, distribution, and sanitation functions in support of assigned areas. Responsible for all patients cold foods, beverages and desserts whether hot or cold. , preparing and running of late trays according to patients diets, covering the diet office, production and prep according to recipes and procedures.Reports to: Assistant Director Nutritional ServicesMinimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent - PreferredRequired Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Minimum Work Experience
Food Service Experience preferred.
