We have an opening for a Full Time Maintenance Technician at our Autumn Winds Apartment Complex located in Clarksville, TN. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will have a positive attitude, be a team player, dependable, has good people skills, and shows attention to detail. Job duties are to include picking up grounds and jobs pertaining to maintaining building cleanliness such as using a pressure washer and a blower. Other job duties include fixing and maintaining HVAC, plumbing and electrical equipment and some light carpentry work. Minimum 2 years related experience as a Maintenance Technician, Groundsperson, or a combination thereof is required. CFC and CPO Certification preferred.
