As a member of the Executive Management Team, the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Information Technology provides leadership to the Technology department in the strategy, planning, implementation, and integration of all information systems to fully support the corporate vision while serving key business partners, internal stakeholders and members. This IT Leader will work with the IT organization and a seasoned executive team to deliver reliable, high-performance IT systems and infrastructure. This role will be charged with identifying cost and productivity improvements, developing security frameworks for IT assets, increasing IT process maturity, and improving integration. The SVP will provide a balanced approach between the need for ongoing execution focused IT services, and the delivery of a data strategy and new tech-forward capabilities to drive the transformation across the enterprise. They will design and implement a modern IT environment that will enable team to accelerate its achievement of ambitious business objectives focused on enhanced digital member experience and process automation efficiencies for internal stakeholders. The SVP of Information Technology promotes a transparent and collaborative spirit while using their expertise and vision in the planning, budgeting, evaluation and implementation of company-wide initiatives. Requirements 1. MUST be a hands-on manager who will roll up their sleeves when needed and jump in to help. Someone who is visible and accessible and understands the job duties of those underneath them.2. MUST HAVE database management experience.3. MUST HAVE knowledge of security protocols.4. MUST HAVE strong knowledge of CITRIX environment, Confluence, Aristotle, O365, SharePoint.5. MUST be flexible hours wise. Understands they may need to work at night and then during the next day. 6.Expansive network of professional and vendors for consultation.
