POSITION SUMMARYPOSITION SUMMARYThe Outlet Shopgoodwill Product Specialist may function in various capacities within theoutletlocation. This role demonstrates behaviors consistent with our Mission, Vision and Values, on behalf of Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana.Hours of Operation:8:00am to 10:00pm Monday thru Saturday and 10:00am to 8:00pm SundayResponsibilities
Searches blue bins for high-quality merchandise; helps rotate bins on sales floor as needed.
Sets up glass case displays or arranges merchandise in glass case to promote sales.
Stamps, marks, or tags price on merchandise for glass case.
Process items selected out of bins for e-commerce.
Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
Record all items selected for glass case and e-commerce on inventory control log.
Accepts donations in absence of donation attendant.
Maintains clean and orderly work area; cleans the area, restrooms and sale floor, including mopping, as needed.
Cleanshelves, counters, or tables.
Other duties may be assigned.

High school diploma or GED
Military experience highly preferred
Minimum 6 months of retail sales
Knowledge of antique and designer products and pricing
Internet navigation proficiency
Strong electronics knowledge
Committed to continuous improvement
Results-orientedand driven to achieve goals
Solid communication verbal and written skills
Ability to work in various weather conditions
