Provides business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and applications for a business function or business unit.Job Description:Job Responsibilities
Analyzing and processing data, building and maintaining models and report templates, and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
Consulting on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools.
Recommending appropriate performance measures to be produced including lifts, efficiencies, confidence intervals, and other statistical metrics.
Providing business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from, data processing, and data analysis.
May be required to serve as a team lead with responsibility for project assignment and staff supervision, development and performance evaluation
Job QualificationsEducation
Undergraduate bachelors degree in any discipline with 6 years working experience is required (student jobs do not qualify); OR Master's Degree with 4 years experience, OR Ph.D. with 2 years experience is also acceptable.
Experience
1 year - Experience with SAS (Base, SQL, Enterprise Miner, Guide) or similar experience with programming and/or statistical analysis required
SkillsCertifications
Competent to convert research protocol to programming specification logically and meaningfully
Attention to detail, exceptional documentation abilities, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to participate in project design and interpretation with Research Staff
Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical co-workers
