SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

ABILITIES “ To Engage, Educate, and Excite our team while setting goals. We have expanded to (4) territory representatives and we need you to help them identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations, attending a few trade shows and conferences. Set goals for the team with measurable expectations.

SKILLS - High level of computer literacy with spreadsheets, word processing and database software and/or business systems (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM software and graphic software.)

GOOD COMMUNICATION: - Oral, written, listening skills. Good analytical and negotiation skills, and close attention to detail. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate, and organize. This position requires excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills. Be good at and enjoy all forms of social media.

CUSTOMER FOCUS - Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of our customers; first get information from the territory representative, and if more information is needed, then collect it first-hand from the customer. Then use that information to resolve any customer complaints and bring ideas for improvements in products and services to the team.

LEADERSHIP “ This position must embrace entrepreneurial spirit in work through recognizing and capitalizing on opportunities.

PROBLEM SOLVING “ Ask good questions and to see underlying or hidden problems and patterns; is excellent at honest analysis; looks beyond the obvious and doesnt stop at the first answers or settles for the fact we have always done it that way.

ORGANIZING “ Sets up management systems to get things done; can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal; uses resources effectively and efficiently; arranges information and files in a useful manner.

NEGOTIATIONS - Can negotiate skillfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups; can settle differences; can win concessions without damaging relationships; can be direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gains trust quickly of other parties to the negotiations; has a good sense of timing.

TEAM PLAYER - Creates strong morale and spirit in his/her team; shares wins and successes; fosters open dialogue; lets people finish and be responsible for their work; acts as if real success is the success of the whole team; creates a feeling of belonging in the team.

Base Salary “ Competitive salary figured on a 40 hours a week.

SEP - 3% Matching retirement plan starting in January with Wells Fargo

Health Insurance - Blue Cross Blue Shield Health insurance is available (single coverage) of which we pay ½.

Life Insurance “ A company paid $50,000 Term Life Insurance policy.

Paid Holidays “ Eligible for 9.5 holidays at the time of hire.

PTO - Eligible for PTO (vacation, sick time, personal time, etc.) after 90 days.

Monthly Bonus - Given for helping our territory representatives reach their monthly sales goal. ($4000 has been given in 2019 and that was with only (2) territory representatives, so with the addition of two more we hope that will more than double in 2020.)
