Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the Delek HR team performing various initiatives to support activities ranging from administering, directing, organizing and reporting project work of varying size and complexity. The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing tasks to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed schedule, scope and funding parameters. In addition, the Project Coordinator may perform other support or administrative duties for the Department as business requirements dictate.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with project sponsors, business leads, IT personnel, and program management to effectively manage scope, schedule, resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle, to ensure the work is completed on time, within budget and according to specification.

Accountable for understanding business objectives and how the projects/program deliver them; driving adjustments in projects/program to more effectively achieve desired business results.

Coordinate, document, and communicate project plans and requirements.

Facilitate program meetings, portfolio status meetings, including project status reporting, KPI dashboards and recording meeting minutes.

Provide tactical support to programs, projects, and interdependencies

Ability to adapt and respond to changes both inside and outside the projects/program.

Run reports and assists with project budget management activities as assigned.

Assists program managers or project leads with training documentation and/or internal marketing materials for new products, new tools or new services deployed to the organization.

Coordinates initiative activities and events for the project team as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum Required Education:Bachelor’s Degree in related area

Minimum Required Experience:Experience in the following areas of project management: Customer management, scheduling, planning, critical path analysis, change order management, risk management, cost estimation, and contract negotiation. Proficiency with SAP, MS Project, Project Web App or related project management software.

Desirable Education/Experience:Certifications in one of the following areas is preferred but not required: CAPM®, PMP®, ACP®, Project+, SAFe® 4 Scrum Master (SSM) and/or CSM certifications a plus
