POSITION SUMMARY:The Director Physician Compensation, Physician Services leads, plans, organizes, and directs the monitoring, reporting, and administering of provider compensation. Responsible for creating consistency and standard practices across all provider compensation while coordinating with all relevant resources within the Health Support Center (HSC), Pacific Medical Data Solutions, the Divisions and all Markets.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Lead, implement and monitor operational processes to assure provider compensation is efficiently, effectively and accurately managed throughout the entire employment life cycle of each provider up to and including any repayment obligations for each provider.

Lead physician services provider compensation administration strategies and all operating processes to assure consistency and accuracy with all provider compensation paid.

Lead the development and implementation of consistent reporting on all physician compensation provisions and physician productivity by market, by division, and across the company.

Lead the implementation of ProductiveMD and any other provider compensation tool utilized by the organization.

Lead and/or assist with the administration of ProductiveMD and any other provider compensation tool utilized by the organization.

Lead the physician services team in understanding areas of opportunity for improved provider compensation negotiations, administration, and/or reporting.

Monitor and report provider negotiation optimization performance for each market, division and the entire organization.

Regular and reliable attendance.
