This position is located at the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Health Care Center; the facility, within the Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Tribal & Urban programs healthcare delivery system. The incumbent is responsible for managing the Quality Management Program and maintaining accreditation with Center of Medicare Services (CMS), and sustaining accreditation with a deemed status accrediting agency.ResponsibilitiesProvides Overall Management for the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Program. Provides Education for Performance Improvement Initiatives. Collects and Analyzes Data. Compiles/ Submits QA/PI Reports.
