We deal primarily in wholesaling property (finding deals that can go to flippers), fix n'flips, lease options (renters), and tax liens/property deeds. You can do this out of your own home, but occasional travel might be necessary!
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 15hrs per week available to devote to the business
Must be able to be willing to make a direct sales pitch
Have a "I can do it" attitude
There is a possibility to earn over 6 figures in just one single year. Few individuals achieve this, but it is possible.
