We are seeking Truck and Trailer Technicians to work for a premier regional trucking company. Work primarily includes preventive maintenance and repairs on a newer truck and trailer fleet.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on semi-tractors and refrigerated trailers, to include tires, brakes, suspension, electrical, fluids, filters, etc.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Position Provides:
Schedule: 1:30 PM-10:00 PM, M-F.
Pay: $15-$23/hr., DOE.
Benefits: Full benefits package offered.
Requirements:
Experience: 12+ months in semi-tractor / trailer mechanic role.
Education: H.S. Diploma or Equivalent, technical education preferred.
Tools: Technician to provide basic hand tools, company to provide any specialty tools
Skills: Mechanical aptitude, diagnostics, computer
Attributes: Ability to work independently.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs., twist, bend, and kneel.
Tests: Skills, background, and drug test completed at time of interview.
