The Good Samaritan Society – Luther Manor is located in the heart of Sioux Falls next to Augustana University.This facility is home to Goldie, a Golden Retriever dog, who loves to spend time with those that will give her a scratch behind her ears.
To help meet the growing demand for long-term care, Good Samaritan Society – Mott provides the following services Post-Acute Rehab Services, Rehab/Skilled, Outpatient therapy, Respite care and end-of-life needs.
Your role for the position
Maintain a clean, attractive, sanitary and infection-free location.
Follow routine cleaning schedules in the public and work areas including floors, walls and doors; furniture and bed frames, bathrooms, vents including following special cleaning procedures as assigned and necessary.
Assists as necessary with laundry and dining duties.
Explain procedures to residents before and during cleaning without disrupting resident.
Be a listening ear for residents.
