This position provides software support, customer service, and problem resolution across all products for clients running Software in single and multi-user environments.Pay: $14.50Hours: Initial hours for training for the first 2-4 weeks will be 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and then thereafter, individuals will be moved to either a 7-4 or 9-6 shift or could remain on 8-5 as well.Part time 10:00 a.m.- 2 p.m. will be considered.Attendance is critical throughout the assignment but is mandatory during the 30 day training period (no exceptions are allowed)Responsibilities:

Software support, customer service, and problem resolution across all products for clients running software in single and multi-user environments.

Provide first call resolution technical support to all customer calls regardless of product or complexity of the

problem

Deliver professional and top quality customer service to all customers.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve calls

Demonstrate technical knowledge in areas such as Operating Systems, Software Utilization, DOS, and Windows

Analyze, identify, and recommend corrective actions to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction

Clearly and effectively communicate issue

Document all customer calls in customer resolution database

Identify trends or patterns of recurring issues or problems

Demonstrate teamwork through sharing knowledge, brainstorming complex customer issues with colleagues and proactively sharing common issue resolutions throughout the department and across locations

Submit common issues/bugs with their resolution in order to build & maintain the resolution database
