Our guiding principles are to start with the customer, move faster, and partner effectively.Deposit and Credit Bureau Management Office (DCBMO)This newly created entity is responsible for the governance/oversight, standardized enterprise policy, centralized relationship management, consistent enterprise processes and procedures, integrated network of systems, quality control and customer experience related to all aspects of how Wells Fargo furnishes and uses consumer data to/from the FCRAs. Under the control of this office are the following functions; Furnishings, Disputes, Data Usage and Access, Vendor Relationships, Strategy and Integration and finally, Self-Assurance and Oversight.The Role This leader will be responsible for centralizing responsibility, authority, governance and execution of all enterprise support needs relevant to the provision and consumption of customer data to the credit reporting industry. This also includes the management and mitigation of customer disputes of CRA data as it pertains to Wells Fargo provided customer data.

Specific responsibilities include:

Own and drive data usage and access (i.e., consumption) across the enterprise; implement standards and protocols for the access and use of consumer reporting information by leveraging a centralized function to oversee and monitor processes.

Set data access control standards (permissible purpose) and drive usage and quality measurements across the Enterprise that directly improve the customer experience and that align to regulatory standards and best practices.

Responsible for development, implementation and management of all FCRA interfaces between the Enterprise and the NCRAs. This includes but is not limited to: subscriber codes, vendor invoice reconciliation and oversight of credit attributes.

Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of standards and controls, focusing on monitoring processes used to eliminate erroneous and unauthorized access while ensuring proper use in accordance with rules, regulatory requirements, law and contractual obligations.

Lead the oversight of the Consumption function and partner with all applicable LOBs on customer data access and consumption to facilitate LOB operational strategies. This includes but is not limited to: Underwriting, Account Review, Strategies, Models, Reporting & MIS and ensures alignment to the FCRA guidelines related to permissible purpose.

Ensure team member base is engaged, receives appropriate recognition, has the tools and knowledge to perform their functions and receives accurate and timely communication and performance feedback. Engages all levels of staff in keeping with Wells Fargo’s vision and values.

Create measurable MBO’s at the Line of business level and links to overall PVSI roadmap and strategies.

Ensure line of business strategic direction is consistent and supportive of the overall Enerprise direction and priorities.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning

6+ years of management experience in a planning environment

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
