This position is responsible for taking inbound and making outbound calls whileutilizing an auto-dial or direct dial system to initiate customer contact and determines reason for delinquency on educational loans.Hours: Training: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for 6 weeks.Following training it will be 5 days per week. 3 days 8:30 - 5 pm, one afternoon 9:30 to 6 pm, and 1 night 12:30 pm - 9 pm.
