We are currently looking for experienced concrete finishers. If you can finish and actually know how to do concrete work we start $18/hour for finishers. If your capable of more than just finishing then your hourly wage goes up, things like run a skid loader, set forms correctly, manage a crew, make sure everything is done in a timely manner, etc. Depending on your skill level and reliability you can move up the pay scale pretty quickly.
Things we dont tolerate which are pretty easy to abide by, no drinking on the job, no showing up hungover, no drug use on the job, dont show up to work high. Not being able to make it to work on time everyday. Not having a way to get to work or not having a way to meet with someone who drives a work pickup. Being on your phone all day, having things come up constantly where you have to leave work early or not come in at all.
Basically I need people who can actually do what they say. If thats you, give me a call, also if your thinking about calling me because you worked concrete for a few months and tell me your a finisher I will know within the first couple minutes of watching you work and you will be bumped down to $13/hr. So please dont waist my time with lies. But if your a hard worker and got some skills and actually know what your doing give me a call. We also offer 401k, a work truck, and plenty of hours if your are a true concrete finisher.
