Love INC, a Christian nonprofit agency networking area churches to help people in need, is seeking a qualified, professional individual to live out their faith at work as an Administrative Coordinator. Love INC is experiencing growth and expects this growth to increase as we move into our new location. Ideal candidate would work closely with the Operations Manager in supporting all employees and volunteers working for Love INC. Responsibilities include coordination of administrative volunteers, creating a positive work environment, training, encouraging and supporting volunteers in the office who are answering phones, imputing data and doing general office duties. You would guide volunteer actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating administrative policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines, communicating developments to management. Maintain rapport with customers, program directors, and volunteers. Design flyers and invitations. Perform mail merges and label printing. General office duties such as mail distribution, filing and maintaining database. Help with data entry into QuickBooks. Successful candidate must have excellent grasp of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Publisher programs
