The Position: We're looking for a Manufacturing Specialist. The pay range we're offering is $15.00 - $17.00 DOE with a $2.00/hour shift differential

Requirements:
Ability to lift 50lbs regularly and 80lbs occasionally.
Maintain stamina and coordination in a fast paced warehouse environment
Read a tape measure
Ability to operate power tools
Basic computer skills
High School Diploma or GED
Must be 18 years of age to operate machinery
Responsibilities:
Operate various pieces of production equipment safely and effectively, i.e., brake, shear, press.
Operate forklift in safe and efficient manner
Construct wooden crates/pallets for shipping
Repair and clean equipment as needed
Take Customer paperwork and safely, timely, and accurately complete each project to the highest standard.
Follow safety procedures, and company policies, identify and report any unsafe operations and injuries to Supervisor immediately
The Location: Bridger Steel is based in Black Hawk, SD. The hours for this position are Mon - Thurs 3:00pm - 2:00am. Seasonal overtime as needed and seasonal half day on Saturday as needed. Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required.
