Stonewalls Kitchen is currently hiring for both full & part time wait staff positions. Applicants must be over 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year serving, hosting or other customer service experience. Wine knowledge is a plus but we are willing to train.
Job duties and expectations are as follows: Greeting patrons and taking orders. Frequent pre-bussing and cleaning of tables. Processing credit cards and making change. Completion of stocking and cleaning duties as outlined by shift open and close lists or otherwise assigned by on-duty manager.
Candidates should possess the following qualities: Positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and cooperate with co-workers as part of a team. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and excel under pressure. Effective verbal and written communication skills; basic math skills. Willingness to follow direction and ask questions for clarification if needed. Ability to obtain knowledge and understanding of the functions of the food service industry.
Physical Demands: Lifting up to 50lbs and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
