Title: Operations Specialist
(contract role through Staffing Partner)
Operations Specialist
Based out of South Shore, South Dakota & a current/past SDSU student
Start Date: May 25, 2020 (as soon as possible)
End Date: Aug 28, 2020
Report to Operations Manager
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Performing Data Collection as needed
On site technician to make repairs and/or modifications to the platform as necessary
Filling out data collection reports
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to work outdoors for 8+ hours a day and lift 50 pounds
Familiarity with Google Suite (Google docs, spreadsheets, slides, etc)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with basic engineering tools (screw drivers, multimeter, etc)
Ability to work independently.
Nice to Have Skills/Qualifications or Not Required:
List of extra skills that would be nice to have but are not required to be successful in the position
BSc. In Agricultural Science, Agricultural Engineering, or similar
Experience working in an R&D or rapid prototyping environment
Experience working in data collection
