Title: Inventory Associate/Inventory Supervisor
Reports To: Area Manager
Supervises: Inventory Associates
Job Summary
The position performs physical inventories (scans and counts products using cutting edge equipment and technology) at assigned customer sites, and in so doing works closely with others in a competitive, structured, energetic and demanding work environment. Similar to all others assigned to the inventory team the incumbent is responsible for meeting client expectations and for satisfying company productivity, efficiency, accuracy and professional standards through our Mission, Vision and Values.

Job Duties
1. Backbone of Organization Ensures merchandise is counted accurately and productively (efficiency of efforts and hustle are critical); by correctly scanning or keying merchandise data (UPC barcode or item SKU number) and count total (quantity and/or dollars) using a handheld data collection device (WISard).
2. Record Results Accurately and clearly records inventory data totals (number of unique entries, quantity and dollars) on an inventory tag (numbered ticket for every section of the merchandise counted), and ensures the associates name, employee number and Wisard unit number are legibly displayed on each tag.
3. Attention to Detail Adheres to account (customer) specific count procedures, and is expected to meet or exceed such following company specific processes and performance metrics. Handle customer merchandise with respect ensure that merchandise is kept neat and organized. Be polite and respectful to our customer (management and staff) and to their customers (in many cases WIS will be counting during open business hours).
