Let me get right to the point: This position is 100% commission. There's no base, there's no salary. You'd be a 1099 sales contractor for us, selling door-to-door to residential homes with a team of highly motivated individuals. If this seems scary, this isn't the job for you Go to the next ad and find some lazy desk job where you can eat doughnuts all day and barely afford your car payment. For those of you that are willing to gut it out and work hard, in exchange for making a lot of money, we are a good fit for you.
We sell TV and Internet solutions to residential customers. This is what we do and we do it very well. What we have, people want, which is why our company is growing like crazy. We need quality, hard-working reps to close all of the business that's available to us. We want confidence. We want closers. We want people that are willing to put in the effort necessary to make things happen, people that are 100% confident they're going to smoke everyone else in sales each month and lead the board.
We provide all the training and support you'd ever need to be successful. We even pay for travel and housing expenses for our reps that travel throughout the month. The bottom line is that you just need to bring a strong work ethic and a commitment to listen and learn. If you do, you'll kill it with us.
We're conducting phone interviews this coming week and will pick the best people we can find. If you're one of them, we'll fly you out for training right away. Day 1 on the job, you'll train. Day 2, you're selling. If you're decent, you'll make $2k in your first full week.
