POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you’ll collaborate with Technical teammates to reach common goals by providing each customer with an outstanding experience by a one-call resolution. Leads are provided and scheduled, you probe and identify the best customer solution!

Responsibilities:

Delivering sales presentations on residential HVAC products and services

Following-up on sales leads, referrals, and initiating calls to generate sales

Create customer value with ultimate customer service to drive 100% customer loyalty and satisfaction

Preparing recommendations and pricing, presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing sales

Scheduling sales appointments to conduct home assessments and consulting with homeowners regarding the comfort and energy efficiency in their home

Qualifications:

1+ year outside sales experience

Available to work nights and weekends to accommodate our customers’ needs

Ability to climb ladders to access HVAC units, take measurements, and read product data
