WE ARE GROWING!Position: Lead HVAC Installation TechnicianCompensation: up to $30/hourBenefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holiday, we pay for team member's health insurance, 401K available, company supplied uniforms, great work environment, year-round work, a company that cares about its people.Skills Required: Must be able to read a ductulator, properly design, fabricate and install both duct board and sheet metal duct systems in residential and light commercial retrofit applications. Must be able to properly install and set up heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, package units and mini splits. Must be able to properly trouble shoot start up issues. Must be able to measure static pressure, CFM output and balance air flow. Must be able to fabricate and install sheet metal hoods for package systems that are properly cross broken, sealed and pleasing to the eye. Must be able to properly seal duct joints using three step mastic process without smearing mastic all over the unit and attic. Must be able to properly charge systems even in cold weather. Must have Universal EPA Certification, be drug free, be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record.
