If so, I would love to speak with you! I am looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. This position will be one who assists with the administrative tasks that accompany a working teaching artist. Some of the responsibilities might include scanning and entering new installments, creating word copy and canva graphics for marketing campaigns. Knowledge of MailChimp, Social Media, and editing apps such as Canva and Pic Play Post, Mac iOS systems, iMovie would be preferable. This person will help with light accounting duties and records of sales. The cleanliness of the gallery and instruction space will also be important. The person who accepts this position will be one who is a valued voice on our team when it comes to planning upcoming events, classes, and shows. This position is part time with some flexibility of hours.
Some skills that would not be required but would definitely be a bonus: Video Editing and Quickbooks
