I am looking for a book keeper that has quickbooks experience to assist in my vacation rental business. Responsibilities for keeping accurate income and expenses, take phone calls from potential guests, list property for sale from time to time, handle maintenance problems with vendors. Be able to find solutions for problems that arise in a normal rental business.
Candidate must be:
honest
hard working
drivers license
reliable
welcome new challenges
organized
willing to grow
good moral character
Candidate is preferred but not required to have;
internet marketing experience
excellent phone skills
tax prep background
willing to help get others organized
have or have had a professional license of some kind
new ideas for personal and professional success
