Real estate firm in a beautiful golf community in Ocean Isle Beach, NC seeks an organized, outgoing, efficient professional to assist with office operations at a busy sales center two days a week. Looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in an office environment with emphasis in guest reception, front office operations and data entry; and experience in Word and Outlook, with basic Excel skills, at minimum. Good communication and customer service skills. Positive self-starter and team player. Good pay, free golf.
The primary responsibilities of the position are meeting and greeting guests, supporting community consultants with day-to-day needs, data entry, marketing fulfillment, assisting with the appointment calendar and scheduling of 4 guest cottages, file maintenance and occasionally preparing reports. General office assistance and support duties.
May occasionally work on a Saturday or Sunday when the full-time administrator/receptionist is on vacation.
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and guest/client relations.
Ability to follow systems and processes, enter computer data accurately and in a timely manner, detail oriented
Positive, result focused individual able to prioritize and be adaptable in a fast paced market
Self-starter, able to work with or without supervision.
Strong professional communication skills, both written and oral.
Candidate must demonstrate a positive attitude and is able to be a team player
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Outlook and MSWord, and basic Excel skills at minimum.
Good knowledge of office equipment.
Helpful if candidate has a background in a real estate sales center, but not required
