This type of bridge construction requires continuous physical labor over a long period of time working from heights. Welders will be expected to perform labor duties as well as their normal welding duties. Welders must be able to pass a weld test in accordance with D1.3 specifications prior to being designated a welder. Not able to weld or pass the weld test? No problem, join our crew as a craftsman or labor and receive on the job training to learn our craft, master these welds and move up within the ranks!
