We are looking for the next member to add to our Amazing team!
Amazing Blades Landscaping, a locally owned and operated company doing business in the Grand Strand and surrounding areas, is looking to fill our HR Assistant position.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED. This is an entry level position. Experience in Human Resources or Recruiting is not required, but would be helpful. We will happily train the right person for this position.
To be successful in this position you must be able to foster good employee relationships. You should be outgoing and friendly, while having the ability to maintain professionalism.
This position will be responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and hiring workers through our established onboarding process, as well as employee relations and retention. This position will also handle tracking and offering benefits to eligible employees.
Overview of job duties, to include, but not limited to the following:
Post job ads, screen, interview and hire applicants to meet the companies needs
Maintain an applicant tracking system
Overseeing the onboarding process
Creating and updating job descriptions
Seasonal Hiring and housing
Networking with outside agencies to create and maintain an applicant database
