On-Call Banquet Servers Needed
Need some extra cash, love working with people and have an awesome attitude?
The Marina Inn @ Grande Dunes, a AAA 4-Diamond Resort, is now hiring on-call banquet servers for our many, upcoming catered events. All shifts available (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and this is a part-time position based on event bookings. Pay ranges from $10-$20 per hour, including tips.

Banquet Server Responsibilities:
Run food from the kitchen to the banquet room on demand
Assist with food and table prep before the event begins
Set up buffets with food presentation standards and practices in mind, ensuring safe food handling performance
Serve plated dinners or passed hor d'oeuvre to guests and respond to requests for beverages, appetizers and other needs
Communicate with banquet supervisor as well as other servers and event organizers
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Open wine and take drink orders
Clean up venue after event ends and assist with inventory, food storage and other closeout tasks
Qualifications & Skills:
Friendly, customer service personality and attitude
Previous waitstaff experience a plus
Ability to work quickly and as a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma/GED preferred
Minimum 18 years of age
Reliable transportation required
