Fairfield Inn Broadway at the Beach is looking for a friendly, energetic and pleasant person to join the the Front Desk team. Looking for all shifts.
Candidate must have great personality and desire to assist guests while they are staying with us.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours)
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
Must have knowledge of Myrtle Beach area
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Currently part time position that could turn into full time
Previous hotel experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Checking guests in and out of rooms
Answering phones and making reservations
Must be able to multitask
Processing shift reports
Responsible for all guest interaction and satisfaction
and additional duties required throughout shift
No phone calls
