Job Description

Provide specialized technology business management support for a functional area and implement processes and initiatives to meet business management, strategy and governance objectives.Meaningful work is fueled by meaningful performance and career development conversations with your manager.

Here are the essential job functions of this position:
    • Execute technology quality control activities and operational support for Information Security Programs and risk initiatives• Follow relevant enterprise frameworks and methodologies and adhere to policies, procedures, technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.• Influence behavior to reduce risk, foster a strong technology risk management culture.• Support development and/or implementation of standards, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize security, service availability, efficiency and effectiveness.• Assess, identify and escalate issues appropriately where required.• Contribute to internal activity and process reviews• Continuously enhance knowledge / expertise in own area• Keep current on emerging trends / developments and grow knowledge of the business, analytical tools and techniques• Prioritize and manage own workload to deliver quality results and meet assigned timelines• Support a positive work environment that promotes service to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/ points of interest• Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency• Establish effective relationships across multiple business and technology partners, program and project managers• Participate in knowledge transfer within the team and business units• Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
    • 3-5 years relevant experience.
    • Experienced in providing specialized guidance and assistance.
    • Confidence and ability to work independently on projects end-to-end (primarily non-routine, escalated, and specialized or complex issues), generally within short- to medium- term horizons (weekly to monthly).
    • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
