FT Maintenance Technician needed for apartment community in Savannah, GA
Performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Companys standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality by performing maintenance-related tasks.
Requires some on-call and weekend work.
EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
